At Siya Aircon Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are handled for our Appliance Rental and Repair & Maintenance Services.


1. Appliance Rental

Refund Policy:

  • No refunds will be provided for:

    • Change of mind after product delivery.

    • Early termination of rental by the customer.

  • In case of verified product issues, either:

    • A refund will be initiated after product pickup and quality verification (within 7 working days).

  • Any security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded after inspection and deduction for damages (if any).


2. Appliance Repair & Services

Service Revisit:

  • If a serviced appliance shows the same issue within 7 days, a free service revisit will be scheduled.

  • If the issue is new or caused by mishandling, standard charges will apply.

Refund Policy:

  • No refund is applicable once the service has been completed and accepted by the customer.

  • If the service is not performed or canceled before technician visit, any advance payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

  • Partial refunds may be provided if the service was incomplete due to non-availability of parts or other factors on our side.


3. Cancellations

  • Rental orders can be canceled before Delivery; a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

  • Service bookings can be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation fee or be non-refundable depending on technician assignment.
