At Siya Aircon Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are handled for our Appliance Rental and Repair & Maintenance Services.
1. Appliance Rental
Refund Policy:

No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind after product delivery.

Early termination of rental by the customer.

In case of verified product issues, either:

A refund will be initiated after product pickup and quality verification (within 7 working days).

Any security deposit, if applicable, will be refunded after inspection and deduction for damages (if any).
2. Appliance Repair & Services
Service Revisit:

If a serviced appliance shows the same issue within 7 days, a free service revisit will be scheduled.

If the issue is new or caused by mishandling, standard charges will apply.
Refund Policy:

No refund is applicable once the service has been completed and accepted by the customer.

If the service is not performed or canceled before technician visit, any advance payment will be refunded within 3-5 business days.

Partial refunds may be provided if the service was incomplete due to non-availability of parts or other factors on our side.
3. Cancellations

Rental orders can be canceled before Delivery; a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

Service bookings can be canceled at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

Same-day cancellations may attract a cancellation fee or be non-refundable depending on technician assignment.
