Rental Terms & Conditions

These Rental Terms & Conditions govern the rental agreement between Siya Aircon Solutions and the customer (“You”) for the temporary use of appliances.

1. Appliances Available on Rent

  • Air Conditioner – Split AC | Window AC

  • Refrigerator – Double Door | Single Door

  • Washing Machine – Semi Automatic

  • Water Purifier – UF | UV

2. Rental Duration & Billing

  • Minimum rental duration: Quarterly, Half-yearly, and Annually

  • Rent is to be paid in advance for the agreed rental period.

  • Monthly/quarterly/annual rental options may be offered as per product.

  • Late payments may incur additional charges or penalties.

3. Security Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit may be collected based on the appliance and rental duration.

  • The deposit is refunded after pickup and inspection of the appliance for damages, missing parts, or misuse.

4. Usage Conditions

  • Appliances must be used only for personal/domestic purposes, not for commercial use.

  • The customer is responsible for regular care and proper handling.

  • Appliances must not be shifted to another location without Siya Aircon Solutions’s prior consent.

5. Maintenance & Repairs

  • Siya Aircon Solutions will provide free maintenance and annual servicing (if applicable) during the rental period.

  • Any damage or malfunction caused by misuse, negligence, or external causes (e.g., voltage fluctuation, water damage) will be chargeable.

  • All technical issues should be reported immediately to our support team.

6. Termination & Pickup

  • Upon termination, appliances must be returned in good, working condition.

  • Any damage, missing parts, or unauthorized repairs will lead to deductions from the security deposit.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once an appliance is dispatched or installed, no cancellation will be accepted, and rent becomes non-refundable.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • Siya Aircon Solutions is not responsible for any incidental damage, (e.g., in washing machine/drives), or physical harm resulting from improper appliance usage.

  • In case of equipment failure not caused by the customer, Repairing will be provided at no additional cost.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [India].
