1. General Terms

  • By availing any service from Siya Aircon Solutions, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions mentioned herein.

  • Siya Aircon Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our official platforms.

2. Appliances on Rent

Siya Aircon Solutions provides rental services for:

  • Air Conditioners (Split AC, Window AC)

  • Water Purifiers (UF, UV)

  • Washing Machines (Semi Automatic)

  • Refrigerators (Double Door, Single Door)

Terms:

  • A valid ID proof and address proof are required for rental verification.

  • Minimum rental tenure: [Specify duration].

  • Delivery and pickup charges may apply.

  • Any physical or internal damage during the rental period will be chargeable.

  • Rent is to be paid in advance for the agreed duration.

    • Installation

    • Power Issues

    • Odor Removal

    • Water Leakage

  • Water Purifiers (RO/UV/UF)

    • General Repair & Maintenance

  • Washing Machines

    • Drain Pump Repair

    • Dryer Issues

    • Installation

    • Motor Repair

    • Spin Problems

    • Tub Bearing Repair

    • Tub Cleaning

    • Water Leakage

  • Refrigerators

    • Cleaning

    • Compressor, Condenser Coil, Motor, Ice Maker, Power & Noise Issues

    • Door Alignment

    • Water Leakage

  • Geysers

    • Installation

    • Water Leakage

    • Pressure Relief Valve Check

    • Thermostat & Heating Element Repair

Terms:

  • Diagnosis and visit charges are applicable.

  • All repairs come with a limited service warranty (details will be mentioned in the invoice).

  • Customers are advised to check functionality at the time of service completion.

  • Unauthorized tampering after service voids any warranty.

4. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made digitally or in cash as per the invoice.

  • Advance payments are mandatory for rentals and may be required for certain services.

5. Cancellation & Refund

  • Service cancellation must be informed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Refunds for rentals are not applicable once the product is delivered.

  • Service charges once paid are non-refundable unless the fault lies on Siya Aircon Solutions’s side.

6. Liability

  • Siya Aircon Solutions is not responsible for any incidental or consequential damages caused by malfunctioning appliances post-service.

  • In case of rental, the renter shall be fully responsible for any misuse, damage, or negligence.
